Pack with Care
Repackage your furniture in its original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate with a freight carrier for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
